1. Website operator and service provider

Bridge Leader Group (BLG) is the trading name under which the person identified here presents and provides consulting services. In this notice, “BLG” refers to that person acting in this business capacity.

2. Activities and scope of consulting

BLG provides consulting to startups, small and medium-sized businesses, large companies and multinational organisations. Its areas include business development, sales leadership, strategic marketing, positioning, organisation, people and processes. Artificial intelligence may be considered where relevant to the engagement’s objectives.

BLG supports management and employees without assuming decision-making or operational responsibilities that have not been expressly agreed. The website does not offer software or robots for sale. System development, installation, operation and maintenance are not included merely because they are mentioned in connection with a consulting service.

The offering does not include legal or tax advice, financial investment advice, medical services, certifications or specialist safety and conformity attestations. Such needs require a separate engagement with appropriately qualified professionals.

3. Informational content and illustrative outcomes

Texts, articles, diagrams and examples provide information and describe the business. They are not a personalised assessment of any specific company and do not replace examination of the facts and constraints of an individual situation.

Package descriptions indicate possible activities and deliverables. The actual scope is agreed with the client. Illustrative scenarios are not results achieved for clients unless expressly identified and supported as such.

References to growth, quality, efficiency or savings describe objectives to be assessed, not guaranteed economic outcomes. Duties of care and expressly agreed deliverables remain unaffected.

4. Enquiries and engagements

Browsing the website, opening an email application or making a simple request for information does not, by itself, constitute BLG’s acceptance of an engagement.

Before work begins, the client and BLG define the activities, exclusions, deliverables, fees, availability and responsibilities. An engagement is expressly accepted, including through an electronic agreement.

Any general terms apply only if validly incorporated into the agreement. This notice does not replace them: browsing the website does not constitute acceptance of contractual clauses or an exclusive jurisdiction. Existing agreements are not unilaterally amended by website updates.

5. AI, confidential information and product evaluations

The use of AI tools within an engagement must be determined in light of the work, data, client requirements and applicable obligations. This notice is not a general authorisation to transmit client information to external AI services.

AI-related proposals require checks proportionate to their intended use and appropriate human oversight. Automatically generated content is not necessarily correct or suitable for a business decision.

Software and robotics evaluations relate only to the versions, conditions and scope actually tested. They are not product certifications or general guarantees of safety or regulatory compliance. Device loans, third-party involvement and operational responsibilities require separate agreements.

6. Accuracy, availability and liability

BLG maintains the content and may update or correct it. General website information should not be the sole basis for decisions requiring a specific assessment. Uninterrupted availability of the website or external services is not promised.

Liability for engagements is governed by applicable law and valid agreements. The client’s decision-making autonomy and the absence of economic guarantees do not remove BLG’s professional duties of care or agreed commitments.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, particularly liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any mandatory rights of affected persons. This notice introduces neither a blanket exclusion nor a financial cap on liability.

7. Intellectual property and website materials

Rights in protected content, photographs, the logo and other materials belong to their respective holders. BLG reserves the rights it owns or is authorised to exercise. “All Rights Reserved” does not confer rights in third-party materials on BLG.

Unless permitted by law or applicable licences, reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use of protected content requires the rights holder’s permission. Browsing does not grant a general licence to BLG’s name, logo or materials.

Third-party names and distinguishing signs remain with their respective holders. A mention or link alone does not establish a partnership, endorsement or representative relationship.

8. Images and professional references

Scene images identified as AI-generated are illustrative. They do not document actual employees, premises, meetings, clients or collaborations. The portrait in the founder’s short introduction is the photograph supplied by Leonardo Piazza.

Signed articles express their authors’ professional perspectives. They do not, by themselves, constitute client references, certifications or evidence of results achieved by BLG.

9. Email, external links and privacy

Email links open the visitor’s configured email application. The website does not send messages automatically: the user confirms transmission in that application. For an initial enquiry, a description of the need is sufficient without passwords, sensitive personal data or highly confidential documents.

Before sharing confidential materials, appropriate transmission methods and, where relevant, confidentiality agreements should be arranged. Applicable data protection and confidentiality obligations remain unaffected.

10. Applicable rules, languages and disputes

The business operates from Switzerland. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the relevant rules and any valid agreements, subject to mandatory provisions, including those governing international relationships and consumers.

Availability in several languages does not expand an engagement to regulated activities or attest authorisation to provide them in other countries. The four versions aim to provide equivalent information. Discrepancies may be reported to BLG; a contractual language, where needed, is agreed separately.

11. Updates and organisational changes

The current operator and service provider is the person or entity identified at the beginning of this page. A change in the person or entity operating the business requires the identifying information and privacy notice to be updated.

Changing the name or notices on the website does not, by itself, transfer contracts, rights, obligations or data to a different person or entity. Any transition is managed under applicable law and necessary agreements, with the required notices to affected persons. Updating the website alone does not change responsibilities for earlier engagements.

This notice may be updated to reflect the website and business. Updates do not restrict mandatory rights or automatically amend existing contracts.
