Priority customers and markets
Clarify who the offer is relevant to, which problems it addresses and which opportunities deserve resources. Company size alone does not define a suitable customer.
Value and positioning
Connect the customer’s problem, the proposed benefit and the evidence available. Align sales presentations and marketing messages without making claims that cannot be substantiated.
Sales leadership and organisation
Review the sales process, opportunity quality, responsibilities and the criteria used to assess the pipeline. Support both leaders and their teams without replacing them.
B2B relationships and customer development
Understand who is involved in a decision, prepare useful conversations and clarify handovers between sales, service and operations.
AI as support where useful
Assess tasks such as meeting preparation, summaries of authorised information and commercial drafts. Define human checks, limits and usefulness criteria before adoption. These are possible evaluation areas, not results already achieved by BLG.
The first work product is clarity: a problem summary, reasoned priorities and a plan with responsibilities and evaluation criteria. Technical implementation or the management of advertising campaigns is not automatically included.
